Configure Offline Register

We provide one register for each of your shops. If your WovVipos plan includes more than one registers, then you can add a register for your shop.

 

Before you begin

If you plan on creating a new register, we recommend to make sure branch, division, role, and account ledger you want to assign to register are available in the dropdown lists. Before creating your new register. Seeing that once register assigned to branch, division and role. then it can’t be modified after register is created.

Note: In WovVipos multiple registers with same names are not creatable.

To Add New Register.

  1. From the main Menu, click Organization Master > Device.
  2. Enter the Register Details.

Register field

Description

NameEnter Name for your register
PrefixEnter Prefix for your register, up to maximum 2 characters.
RemarkEnter any remark or description about register.
BranchSelect branch name to assign this register with one particular branch
DivisionSelect Division name to assign this register.
RoleSelect Role name to assign this register.
AccountSelect account ledger for the register from the dropdown list.

 

 3 .Select Status as Active (To deactivate register, select status as Inactive)

 4. Click on Save button

 

You can also modify details of created registers except branch, division & role of the register which saved while creation of register.

 

 

To Change Register Details

  1. From the main Menu, click Organization Master > Device.
  2. Click on theSearch button.
  3. Enter Register Name in the search box.
  4. Select Register from grid list.
  5. Change the Register details.
  6. Click on the Save button.
